William (Will) Connelly

Principal Auditor

Will joined Duke in 2022 as a principal auditor focused on financial and operational audits of the Duke University Health System (DUHS) which includes Duke University Hospital, Duke Regional Hospital and Duke Raleigh Hospital.

Previously, Will worked for Standish Management as a senior associate assisting investment funds with fund accounting and administration. He also  worked as an auditor for BDO USA, LLP, auditing financial statements for health care, university and nonprofit clients across the southeast.

Will holds a degree in Master of Accounting (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 2019); Bachelor of Arts in English (Carleton College, 2011) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (North Carolina)
